Google Wallet Fraud Protection covers 100% of verified unauthorized Google Wallet transactions in the US. Plus, our advanced monitoring system checks for fraud 24/7, which means you can shop with confidence.
If you lose your phone, you can disable the Google Wallet app from your account on the web. If you lose your Wallet Card, you can temporarily lock it via the Google Wallet app. If you aren’t able to find your card, you can cancel it altogether via the app or your account on the web. If you see any suspicious spending activity across your accounts, you can find them in your Wallet transactions and file a claim.
When you set up the Google Wallet app, you’ll create a custom 4-digit PIN. You’ll use this PIN to unlock the Wallet app, send money, or withdraw money from ATMs with your Google Wallet Card.
The Google Wallet app, card and "Buy with Google" products are currently only available in the US. Please note that the content of this site will not be applicable for users outside of the US.X
